Refunds and Cancellations
Last updated 31 October 2026
1. How Kryo Is Billed
- Kryo has a Free plan that costs nothing. A new business also gets 30 days of the Standard plan free.
- Paid plans are billed monthly, after the month, for what was used in it: the plan, and any WhatsApp messages or calls charged by use. Nothing is charged in advance.
- Each bill is due 7 days after the month ends, and is paid through Razorpay: by the payment link we email, by Pay in Kryo, or by UPI Autopay if you have set it up.
- If a bill is still unpaid 15 days after it is due, the plan it is for moves to Free until it is paid. Nothing is deleted.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee: move to the Free plan, or ask us to close your account.
- Cancelling stops further bills. The bill for the month you cancel in still covers what was used in that month up to then.
- UPI Autopay can be stopped in Kryo or in your UPI app at any time. Once stopped, no further payment is taken from it.
3. Refunds
Because every bill is for a month that has already been used, a bill that was correctly charged and paid is not refunded. We refund a payment in full when:
- the same bill was paid twice;
- a bill charged more than your plan and use came to (we refund the difference);
- UPI Autopay took a payment after you had stopped it or cancelled.
To ask for a refund, write to info@kryohq.com within 30 days of the payment, with the bill’s month and the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt. We reply within 5 working days. An approved refund is sent back to the card, bank account or UPI ID it was paid from, and usually reaches it within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
4. Delivery
Kryo is an online service. It can be used as soon as your account is made, at app.kryohq.com and in the Kryo app. Nothing is shipped.
5. Contact
Kryo is operated by TRENDORA CORP PRIVATE LIMITED. For anything about a bill or a refund, write to info@kryohq.com, or see Contact Us.
