Terms of Use

Kryo is operated by Craftrix, Kerala, India (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everybody who uses Kryo: an agency, the people on its staff, and the clients it gives a login to. By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Kryo on behalf of a business, you agree for that business, and you confirm you are allowed to.

• Accounts are by invitation. An agency invites its staff and its clients, and decides what each may see and do.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell the agency or us at once if you think somebody else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what is done under your login.
• You must be 18 or older to use Kryo.

What an agency and its clients put into Kryo remains theirs. They give us permission to store and process it only to provide Kryo to them. How personal information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

An agency is responsible for the information it puts into Kryo, and for having the right to hold and use it. In particular, the agency and its client are responsible for having a lawful reason, and any consent the law requires, to contact the people whose details they hold as leads.

You agree not to:

• use Kryo to break the law, or to send messages people have not agreed to receive;
• contact somebody on WhatsApp who has asked not to be messaged, or get around Kryo’s handling of such a request;
• upload information you have no right to hold, or information about children;
• try to reach another agency’s information, or test Kryo’s security without our written agreement;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer Kryo, or use it to build a competing service;
• overload Kryo, or use it in a way that harms it for others.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, with notice where that is practical.

Parts of Kryo depend on services run by others, including Meta (lead forms, advertising figures and WhatsApp), Google and Anthropic. Your use of those parts is also subject to those companies’ own terms and policies: for WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies; for YouTube figures, the YouTube Terms of Service. Those companies charge for some things directly (WhatsApp, for example, charges the owner of a number for messages); such charges are not ours and are not included in anything paid to us. If one of those services changes or stops, the part of Kryo that depends on it may change or stop too.

Kryo can draft text and summaries using AI. What it writes may be wrong or incomplete. Read it before you rely on it or send it to anybody; the person who sends it is responsible for it.

An agency may be using Kryo on a free pilot or on a paid plan. The plans, their prices and what an agency is being billed are shown to the agency in Kryo, and paid plans are agreed with the agency before anything is charged. A pilot may be ended by either side at any time. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing a price an agency is paying.

We work to keep Kryo available and correct, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will never be interrupted or free of faults, and we may change or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from the use of Kryo; and our total liability to an agency in any twelve months is limited to what that agency paid us for Kryo in those twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

An agency may stop using Kryo at any time, and may ask us for a copy of its information and for it to be erased. We may end an agency’s use with 30 days’ notice, or sooner if these terms are seriously broken. When use ends, the agency’s logins and its clients’ logins stop working.

We may change these terms. When we do, this page is changed and the date at the top is updated; for a significant change, agencies are told in Kryo beforehand. Continuing to use Kryo after a change means accepting it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
