Data Deletion

1. What Kryo Holds From Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
Nobody signs in to Kryo with Facebook, and Kryo does not read anyone’s Facebook or Instagram profile beyond the name shown to a business. What Kryo holds comes from writing to a business that uses Kryo: the messages you sent to its Facebook Page, its Instagram account or its WhatsApp number, the replies, the name Meta gives with them, and, if you filled in one of its lead forms, the answers you gave.
2. How to Ask for It to Be Deleted
Write to support@craftrix.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Say which business you wrote to, and give whatever lets us find you: your name, your phone number, your email address, or your Facebook or Instagram name. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or address, so that nobody can have someone else’s data deleted.
We pass the request to the business concerned and erase your lead record, the answers you gave, your calls and your conversations with the files in them, across Kryo, within 30 days; the business can also erase them itself, at once. We write back to say it is done. What Kryo cannot reach is said plainly: a copy Meta keeps of a lead form you filled in, the chat on your own phone, and our database provider’s backups until they are overwritten. Anything a business must keep by law, such as an invoice, is kept only for as long as the law requires.
3. If You Use Kryo at Work
If you sign in to Kryo for an agency or a business, ask whoever runs it to remove your account, or write to support@craftrix.com. Craftrix operates Kryo; the Privacy Policy says what is kept and for how long.
